Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to grow and maintain relationships in assigned territory for General Insulation Company. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, providing pricing and materials, conducting presentations/technical workshops, maintaining sales records, developing annual plans with the Sales Manager, and pursuing new business opportunities. Requires associates degree or higher (preferred) and 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, plus strong communication, organizational, technical, and writing skills. The role involves collaborating with branch and inside sales, vendor relationships, and delivering end-to-end sales activities including calls, demonstrations, and reports. Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience in a quota carrying sales role
- Excellent communication skills with customers, teammates, and employees at all levels
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Technical skills and ability to learn industry processes, materials, and costs
- Proficiency with specialized computer programs to calculate equations and handle large databases
- Experience writing detailed reports and preparing proposals
