Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow business across PA and Upstate NY for forming and shoring solutions; develop contractor relationships, identify project opportunities, prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate delivery, erection, and dismantling of forming and shoring systems; review blueprints and technical documents; negotiate pricing and service terms; maintain CRM activity and provide sales forecasting and market intelligence; travel to customer sites across the territory.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years outside sales experience with forming and shoring systems, concrete forming systems, scaffolding systems, or related construction equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, construction drawings, and technical documents
- Experience supporting commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or concrete construction projects
- Experience preparing construction proposals, bids, quotations, and project estimates
- Ability to travel throughout Pennsylvania and Upstate New York for customer meetings and job site visits
