Job Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling FleetPride products and services to current and prospective customers in a competitive business-to-business environment. Key responsibilities include maximizing sales and gross profit within a defined territory, account planning, call planning, assessing customer needs, maintaining product knowledge, and working collaboratively with internal teams to provide solutions. The representative must have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and mechanical understanding relevant to the heavy-duty industry.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated mechanical inclination and interest in FleetPride’s industry
- Experience with CRM and other sales force automation tools
- MS Office Suite proficiency with ability to conduct basic database tasks in Excel
