Conduct outbound prospecting via 50 to 100 weekly calls and visit 10 to 20 businesses in person, including neighbors of recent installations. Run discovery with owners and facility managers, build quotes with the design team, and close projects while managing your pipeline in our CRM and owning accounts post-sale. Attend paid chamber and networking events to expand your network. Earn an uncapped commission starting at a $48,000 base salary, with most new reps seeing their first commission by months four to eight.
