Job Summary
Conduct outbound prospecting via 50 to 100 weekly calls and visit 10 to 20 businesses in person to run discovery with owners and facility managers. Build quotes with the in-house design team, close projects, and manage your pipeline in the CRM while owning accounts post-sale. Attend chamber and networking events, with memberships paid by the employer. Earn a $48,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with most new reps seeing their first commission by month four to eight. Valid Texas driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance are required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a role where you owned a sales number, in any industry
- Comfort making a high volume of calls and walking into businesses that are not expecting you
- Valid Texas driver's license
