Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established Norton Shores, MI territory. Build and maintain in-person relationships with key accounts, identify and develop new customers, understand customer needs, and propose the right industrial fasteners and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and order fulfillment, stay organized with the sales pipeline, and travel within the territory. Requires self-motivation, independence in the field, and a valid driver’s license. Offered: established territory with immediate earning potential, base salary plus commission, full benefits, ongoing training, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- ability to travel within the territory
- Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Industrial, fastener, or distribution experience a plus
