Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant position in Houston area offering base hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses. Responsibilities include leveraging hot homeowner leads (no cold calling or door-to-door), pre-screened and scheduled appointments, presenting Dry Force’s restoration services, assessing loss scope with moisture meters, securing work authorizations, guiding homeowners through payment options, and communicating progress to customers and insurance carriers. Training includes three weeks of classroom, role-play, and field instruction to enable a fast ramp to a “one visit close”. Requires outdoor work, comfort with computers/tablets, and a valid driver’s license; overtime and some holidays may be required. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years outside selling experience
- valid driver’s license
- clear background/drug test
- ability to work overtime
- comfortable outdoors and in confined spaces
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with tablets/tech
