Outside Sales Representative (Entry Level)

Outside Sales Representative (Setter) in Gurnee, IL for a 1099 Independent Contractor role. Primary responsibility is to engage with homeowners, offer complimentary property inspections, and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer) who conducts inspections and handles sales. Must be self-motivated, possess strong communication and people skills, be comfortable knocking doors five days per week, and have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Training pay during the first 6 weeks with uncapped commission potential and clear pathways for growth into Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer) roles.
