Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative owns the assigned territory and guides the inside sales team to meet company sales and profit initiatives. The role reports to the Area Sales Manager and collaborates with Inside sales reps to ensure superior customer experiences. Responsibilities include directing sales activity, leading territory planning and execution, analyzing market conditions, collaborating with R&D on product/market roadmaps, maintaining customer engagement through visits and trade shows, driving product knowledge and sales training, solving customer problems, building relationships with Top Tier and other key customers, and pursuing territory growth through cross selling and new business opportunities. Must have valid driver’s license, willingness to sign a non-compete, and prior outside sales experience; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Prior outside sales experience is required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to sign our standard non-compete agreement
- Education preferred: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
