Job Summary
Meet or exceed assigned annual gross margin budget by promoting and selling products in your territory while complying with pricing policies. Develop new prospects and maintain contact with established customers through regular off-site visits. Handle customer complaints promptly, report potential claims, and keep management informed of local competition and market conditions. Carry out sales and merchandise programs as directed, maintain customer records, and assist in collecting past due accounts. Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings as requested. Demonstrate products after sale when necessary. This role requires personal vehicle use for business purposes with FAVR reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years industry-specific experience
- Extensive travel required, including some overnight travel
- This role requires the use of your personal vehicle for business purposes
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years experience preferred
- 4 year degree preferred
- Knowledge of business administration, sales, and marketing
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to learn our business and to work independently to achieve goals
- Ability to sell and be persuasive
