Outside Sales Representative in El Paso, TX responsible for developing a commercial tire book of business across El Paso focusing on fleets, trucking, construction, agriculture, and industrial accounts; generate new business from scratch via prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship development with no expectation of assigned accounts. Maintain and grow customer relationships by providing expert product recommendations and delivering high-quality service in a field sales environment. Field-based with daily local travel and no overnight travel. KPIs include new account acquisition, gross profit, pipeline development, customer retention, and achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
