Job Summary
Conduct outside sales by calling on independent repair facilities, local fleets, city and government entities, marinas, and national accounts within the assigned territory. Develop and implement plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities, perform needs assessments, and develop sales proposals and presentations. Work with cross-functional teams to plan and manage accounts while introducing new products and updates. Build long-term value-based relationships and focus on prospecting to grow the business. This is a dayshift position with some overnight rotations required (4 nights per month).
Required Qualifications
- Degree or two-plus years of sales experience
- Hunter sales mentality
- Motivation as self-starter
- Automotive background/knowledge
- Integrity and honesty
- Dayshift position - however, some overnights required (4 nights per month)
- Must live in the territory
