Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative for Culligan water-treatment solutions. Drive sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities; canvass, door-to-door, B2B, cold calling, and networking to build a strong pipeline. Conduct consultative selling, present and demonstrate products/services, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed targets. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and provide exceptional service. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity; maintain product knowledge and accurate records. Role involves extensive field travel within the assigned territory, with time spent in both residential and industrial settings, and lifting up to 90 lbs. Requires a valid driver’s license, driving-record checks, and ability to drive a company vehicle up to 6 hours/day. Full-time hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement; base pay plus uncapped commission; PTO and benefits including 401k with company match.
