Connect with apartment communities, property managers, HOAs, commercial buildings, offices, retail centers, and facility managers to schedule walkthroughs, develop relationships, and close new accounts for commercial cleaning and facility services. Maintain relationships with customers you bring in to build a recurring book of business. You will work your local market to open doors and grow a portfolio, while the company handles fulfillment, proposals, and operations.
