Outside Sales Representative- Climate Control

Outside Sales Representative for HVAC & Commercial Climate Control Services within an assigned territory; responsible for renting and selling portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters. Cultivate existing accounts and develop new ones, collaborate with Sunbelt’s General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to provide turn-key solutions, and pursue a solution-selling approach to maximize penetration within a mixed customer base of commercial clients, contractors, and event companies. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry and 2+ years of direct sales experience; must hold a valid driver’s license. Strong track record in high-volume sales and account development is preferred, with the ability to manage end-to-end sales processes and travel as needed.
