Job Summary
Conduct phone prospecting and field assessments, building in-person relationships with technical and quality assurance managers across food service, hospitals, schools, and municipal facilities. Visually inspect for pests, identify infestations, and understand treatment alternatives while using application equipment and personal protective gear. Enter structures and crawl spaces, ascending and descending ladders and stairs, tolerating seasonal weather and damp conditions. Lift 50 lbs. of tools and push or pull 100 lbs. of equipment. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to work before 8am, after 5pm, and on weekends, with a base salary of $39,600 plus commission and bonus. Required Qualifications
- Is at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Is a U.S. citizen or possess documentation required to work in the United States
- Is able to work before 8am and after 5pm, and/or on weekends
- Has a valid motor vehicle operator's license and a good driving record
- Has excellent communication skills; can read, speak, write and comprehend English
- Is experienced in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Has the ability to work independently, organize, plan and prioritize time and projects
- Lives within the service area or be willing to move to it
- 60 lbs. vertical lift from 30 inches to 50 inches from the floor 5x
- Ascend and Descend a ladder 3 rungs 2x
- Access a space with a height of 24 inches and a width of 24 inches 1x
- Ambulate on a treadmill at a speed of 1.5 mph for 10 minutes 1x
