Job Summary
The Outside Sales Representative at Piedmont Plastics will focus on developing new accounts through prospecting, networking, and cold calling while providing support to existing accounts. Responsibilities include strengthening customer relationships, maintaining communication with the sales team, enhancing product knowledge in the plastics industry, and following up on leads. The position requires at least 2 years of relevant sales experience, a reliable personal vehicle, basic computer skills, and a willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience in plastics, industrial distribution or graphics-related sales experience
- A personal vehicle in good condition
- Basic computer skills
- A willingness and desire to travel almost exclusively with a flexible schedule for overnight travel
- A positive attitude and are a team player
