Job Summary
Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers about Universal Windows Direct products. Identify customer needs and utilize the company's proven sales presentation to negotiate and close the sale. Work with pre-set, qualified appointments and hot leads provided daily, requiring a valid driver's license and ability to lift 40 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to learn UWD's product line via in person and virtual training sessions
- A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions
- Experience with building relationships quickly with customers
