Job Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will generate in-home sales opportunities, educate customers, and build effective proposals. Key responsibilities include negotiating and closing sales, submitting project documentation, and attending sales meetings. Successful candidates will possess strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide consultative solutions. A high school diploma is required, and sales experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug screen, credit check, and criminal check
- Basic computer skills
- Solid telephone skills
- Quick decision-making and problem solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Basic math skills (particularly making calculations using a Tape measure)
- Sales experience or training a plus (particularly in-home sales)

- Must have a strong work ethic and be eager and willing to learn the sales process
