Job Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will generate in-home sales opportunities, build trust and educate customers, identify customer needs, evaluate home improvement options, build proposals, negotiate, and close sales. You must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass background checks, and basic computer and math skills. Sales experience or training is a plus.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug screen, credit check, and criminal check
- Basic computer skills
- Solid telephone skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Basic math skills
