Job Summary
Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers, then identify specific needs and utilize the company's proven sales presentation to negotiate and close the sale. Leverage daily hot leads provided by the team to drive revenue, while applying award-winning training to quickly build relationships with homeowners. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 40 lbs, and a flexible schedule to adapt to business needs. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to learn UWD's product line via in person and virtual training sessions
- A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions
- Experience with building relationships quickly with customers
