This hunter-farmer field sales role requires hands-on demonstrations, technical expertise, and a proven selling system to win new business, deepen relationships, and deliver reliability improvements. Expect 15+ in-person sales calls daily using the Gears of Selling process, presenting a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and tools, following a structured progression to uncover needs, demonstrate value, and close deals. Maintain 200+ active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs, write 40+ orders per month, and collaborate with Corporate and Key Accounts on joint calls, rollouts, and contracts. Use Salesforce for disciplined planning and reporting, and quantify ROI and cost savings in annual Value Advantage reports.
