Job Summary
Lead residential sales in the Hamilton region (Ancaster, Dundas, Hamilton, Stoney Creek and Grimsby) with on-site estimating, lead development, and growth through existing relationships. Develop customized proposals, manage the sales cycle from initial meetings to close, coordinate with production, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Requires 3-5 years of in-home sales in the home-improvement industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Full-time with occasional evenings and weekends; compensation includes base salary plus commission and benefits. Flexible work-from-home options available.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in in-home sales within the home improvement industry
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented – able to set, meet and exceed goals
- Project, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Customer focus and good negotiation skills
- Detailed oriented, organized and energetic
