Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative role focused on establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships with customers in the auto auction space. Responsibilities include generating new business leads, closing deals, executing dealer sales strategy, prospecting and managing accounts to grow vehicles sold and purchased, engaging with customers and employees transparently, demonstrating product and service knowledge, maximizing technology use, and thriving in a fast-paced environment while upholding core values. Key skills and requirements include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, negotiation and closing capability, organizational and detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to deliver against aggressive targets and timelines; a high school diploma or GED (college education preferred) and automotive or B2B sales experience are desirable.
