Job Summary
Develop and execute a business plan to grow territory sales by prospecting daily through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person customer visits. Aggressively identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and convert prospects into loyal customers while maintaining an active sales pipeline. Meet with clients to represent Haun Specialty Gases as their preferred supplier for medical, specialty, and electronic gases, partnering with branch operations to deliver exceptional service. Achieve sales goals and gross profit targets within the Northeast territory. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel, and experience selling gases or related solutions in the scientific and high-tech markets.

- Confidence making cold calls and opening new accounts
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to win
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Ability to drive and travel regularly within the assigned sales territory
- Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Occasionally lift and carry product samples, marketing materials, or equipment up to 25–50 pounds
- Bend, reach, stoop, and climb stairs as needed during customer visits
- Use a computer, tablet, and mobile phone for extended periods
- Maintain clear verbal and written communication with customers and team members
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Maintain an acceptable driving record
