Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for representing BFS in the sales process with residential, multi-family, and commercial projects; develops and presents sales proposals, conducts professional demonstrations of products and services, identifies customer needs, and solicits new business. The role includes planning and delivering sales presentations, training less experienced sales staff, may chair meetings or act in the Sales Manager’s absence, preparation of reports, and ongoing product/industry knowledge enhancement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field and two years of sales experience (or equivalent); strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to travel to customer locations and lift up to 80 pounds as needed. The position emphasizes building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to meeting sales goals in a leader-like capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field plus two (2) years prior sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
