Outside Sales Representative

Represent the company with complex customers by collecting design specifications, developing sales contracts for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects, and acting as a liaison between technical staff and clients. Effectively plan and conduct sales presentations, research new customer opportunities, and troubleshoot difficult field issues while maintaining safety standards and observing all procedures. Participate in leadership roles by training less experienced sales staff, chairing meetings, and serving in a Sales Manager capacity during absences. Prepare recurring reports and documentation for management as required. This role involves driving to customer locations, lifting up to 80 pounds occasionally, and working in varying weather conditions.
