Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative for Maiden Home based in the Boston area. You will cultivate relationships within the design community, grow the trade business by opening new accounts, travel locally and domestically for trade client consultations and visits, and serve as the face of Maiden Home to designers. Responsibilities include leveraging personal contacts and Maiden Home’s existing book of business to achieve sales goals, becoming an expert on Maiden Home’s collection (styles, fabrics/leathers, construction details), maintaining proactive, premium-brand communication, and planning industry events and trade shows as needed. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of luxury design-based sales experience, a track record of meeting goals, strong initiative and ownership, excellent written and verbal communication, and a reliable vehicle. This role emphasizes relationship-building with designers, brand stewardship, and travel to engage trade clients.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of luxury design-based sales experience
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Outside Sales experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Reliable car and valid driver's license
