Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to acquire residential customers for Spectrum, conduct needs analyses, present sales proposals, and drive growth across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services. Responsibilities include visiting assigned leads, documenting sales activities, meeting monthly targets, staying informed on competitors, and traveling to and from territories. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), able to work outdoors the majority of the time, and hold a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes face-to-face interactions, consultative selling, and active participation in training and team goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to travel to and work in assigned territories
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish
- Experience in sales or related work preferred (2+ years)
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services a plus
- Comfort with in-person, outdoor field work and customer interactions
