Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative – Bilingual (French/English) is a field-based role serving the Canada market. Responsibilities include sourcing and initiating sales with residential and commercial plumbing contractors, showrooms, distributors, and key decision-makers; conducting showroom visits and product knowledge training; maintaining contractor relationships; meeting monthly sales targets; liaising between distributors and manufacturers; following up on orders; handling complaints to resolution; pursuing large-scale projects and initial specification sales with architects, engineers, contractors, and designers; and daily activity reporting.
Required Qualifications
- B.B.A. in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, plus one (1) year of industry sales experience.
- Must be fully bilingual in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
