Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative in the Power/HVAC division for Bemana, based in Ventura, CA. Key duties include establishing and growing rental accounts, presenting turnkey services, performing site assessments and equipment sizing, producing professional quotes, and applying technical knowledge to solutions such as silenced diesel generators, air-conditioning equipment, and climate-control systems. Must cultivate relationships, drive revenue for the branch, educate customers through demonstrations and training, coordinate with technical staff, and report activity using Salesforce and other tools. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, knowledge of mechanical/hydraulic/diesel/pneumatic systems, and proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of or experience with construction equipment is preferred. The role offers a salary/commission structure (OTE $100K-$150K), full benefits, a company vehicle with gas card, and flexible remote work when not visiting customers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience
- Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred; suitable equivalent experience considered
- Strong negotiation and selling skills; excellent customer service
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, pneumatic systems
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
