Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative in the Power/HVAC division responsible for increasing branch revenue by selling and renting specialty engineered power supply and climate control equipment (e.g., silenced diesel generators, air-conditioning). Establish new accounts via phone and in-person visits, present turnkey services, conduct site assessments with technical staff, size and quote projects, support credit/collections, educate customers through demonstrations and training sessions, and report activity using Salesforce. Requires ability to develop customer relationships, deliver formal presentations, and collaborate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
- Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred; strong sales acumen considered
- Ability to size, quote, install and maintain projects of varying complexity
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication
- Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.com
