Outside Sales Representative - Bakery

Execute company sales initiatives to support BakeMark USA's strategy of achieving and maintaining a dominant market share in the baking industry. Identify, develop, and secure orders to fulfill 100% of customers' supply needs while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Travel within an assigned local territory approximately 90–100%, with occasional overnight travel, to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships. Utilize company systems to manage accounts, track sales activity, and support reporting requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. This role offers a base salary of no less than $60k with a sales plan to move to 100% commission within six months, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401K match, and PTO.
