Job Summary
Develop new and manage existing accounts for the Commercial Roofing Repair division by consulting on system repairs and estimating existing roof conditions. Create leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking while utilizing Salesforce CRM daily for scheduling, proposal development, and pipeline management. Document roof conditions in the field using BOX and coordinate trade shows and expos to increase market share. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by providing constant communication and promoting company services. Perform physical duties including climbing ladders, lifting 50 pounds, and working at construction sites in varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Graduate
- Must have at least 3 years of B2B Outside Sales or Business Development experience
- Driver's License
- Experience with Salesforce
- Microsoft Outlook
- Word
