Job Summary
Develop new and manage existing accounts in the commercial repair division by consulting on roofing system repairs, estimating roof conditions, and creating leads through cold calling and networking. Utilize Salesforce CRM daily for account management, scheduling, and pipeline tracking while documenting roof conditions in BOX to support proposal development. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals by coordinating trade shows, expos, and marketing functions to increase market share. Provide constant communication to promote services and assist the operations team with project success and receivable duties. Requires a driver's license, 3+ years of outside sales experience, and ability to climb ladders and work in varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Graduate
- Must have at least 3 years of Outside Sales or Business Development experience
- Commercial Roofing sales preferred
- Driver's License
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with Word
- Experience with Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An outgoing and energetic personality
