Job Summary
Develop new and manage existing commercial repair accounts by consulting on roofing system repairs, estimating roof conditions, and creating leads through cold calling and networking. Utilize Salesforce CRM daily for account management and proposal development, while using BOX to document field conditions for repair proposals. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals by promoting services, coordinating trade shows, and providing support to the operations team. Requires a driver's license, 3+ years of outside sales experience, and ability to climb ladders and work in varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Graduate
- Must have at least 3 years of Outside Sales or Business Development experience
- Commercial Roofing sales preferred
- Driver's License
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with Word
- Experience with Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
