Job Summary
BakeMark seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by promoting products and services in the baking industry. The role requires significant local travel (90%-100% of the time), strong customer service skills, and the ability to build relationships. Preferably, candidates should have sales experience and familiarity with the baking sector, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to travel in local territory approximately 90%-100% of the time
- Must have, and maintain, a valid driver's license
- Must maintain current auto insurance
- Two years of hands-on bakery experience a plus
- Two years of prior route sales experience a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sales and closing of sales
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Prior Baking Industry experience
- Bilingual Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish
