Job Summary
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve or exceed goals by calling on OEMs in the assigned Midwest territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers; identify and pursue new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, perform hands-on demonstrations and training, and close sales. Contribute to a comprehensive sales plan to achieve targets and market penetration; stay current on company products and industry trends. Requires 3-5+ years of B2B sales (OEM focus preferred), CRM proficiency, and knowledge of plastics/poly lumber is a plus. Remote position with preferred living location in the Midwest; location currently specified as Green Bay, WI.
