Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative position focused on residential, door-to-door field sales in the Midland to Odessa, TX market. Responsibilities include obtaining new residential customers through face-to-face interactions, presenting solutions, distributing marketing materials, reviewing property contract language and service levels, understanding customer needs, providing quotes and sign-up orders, building brand awareness, and meeting sales targets. The role is field-based with travel to the nearest office as needed, requires developing relationships with residents and property managers, and entails pursuing leads, attending mandatory sales meetings, and reporting sales activities to management. Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, presentation, and persuasive skills are required, with a proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
