Conduct in-home sales for premium water treatment systems, leveraging qualified appointments and proven sales systems to close high-ticket deals. Represent RainSoft while utilizing industry-leading training and marketing support to drive revenue without cold calling. Earn uncapped commissions up to $150,000 annually as part of an elite sales team at a locally owned company with 45 years of growth in the Middle TN market.
Required Qualifications
- Proven in-home sales experience
- Bath, HVAC, roofing, windows, solar, remodeling, or other high-ticket backgrounds
- Closers who thrive on competition
- Must be available for weekend shifts
