Job Summary
Provide sales, service, and technical support for a defined territory while developing new business through execution of sales strategies. Achieve sales and expense budget objectives by managing the assigned customer base and growing the business. Deliver engineering services and consultation for complete compressed air systems, including product, installation, and application training for end users. Coordinate parts procurement, service, and maintenance to enhance aftermarket sales and customer retention. Assist in resolving customer-initiated technical issues and conduct seminars to educate clients on new product offerings. Act as the primary liaison between Airite Inc. and its customer base, representing the organization in providing solutions associated with the sale and marketing of Airite Inc. products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in industrial sales and/or management
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Ability to travel
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have or be capable of developing strong technical knowledge of Airite Inc. products
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available for weekend shifts
