Job Summary
Develop new, profitable accounts and sell and service existing contacts within the Lancaster County area. Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal staff to ensure customer specifications and expectations are met. Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations while maintaining consistent contact with clients. Follow up on past due accounts and assist in preparing annual sales forecasts. This role requires a commitment to solving customers' packaging needs in a business-to-business environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field (or equivalent in work experience)
- 3+ yrs of prior experience in an Outside Sales Representative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge and experience with CRM systems
- Intermediate experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to calculate formulas, commissions, measurements, and percentages
- willing to make a commitment of time and effort to become part of a team producing quality specialized packaging in a safe, drug free environment
