Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to present home improvement options (replacement windows, bathroom remodeling) and secure financing/contracts, while managing relationships from sale to installation and ongoing referrals. Role requires delivering dynamic sales presentations aligned to customer goals and budgets, attending weekly meetings, upholding company branding, and advancing through leadership tracks. Candidates should have a HS diploma or equivalent (degree in business/communications a plus), 2+ years of B2C sales experience in home improvement or related services, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and tech proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and mobile devices. Pre-set in-home appointments and uncapped earning potential up to $200K+ annually with comprehensive training and coaching are offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, communications, or related area, a plus
- 2+ years of proven B2C sales success
- Experience with home improvement sales, replacement windows sales, bathroom remodeling sales, exterior home product sales, roofing sales, and other related home service sales, highly desired
- Professional demeanor, with an outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and driven (competitive)
- Ability to embrace and learn our sales methodology, scripts, and product attributes
- Tech-savvy; Ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, Iphone, Ipad
