Job Summary
Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs, recommend custom window treatments, and create simple design solutions. Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales while managing your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups. Generate additional business through referrals and networking to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. This role offers uncapped commission with an average of $70K–$100K+, including company-provided appointments, paid training, and mileage reimbursement. Candidates must be open to working evenings and at least one weekend day.
