Job Summary
Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs, recommend custom window treatments, and create simple design solutions. Guide clients through the buying process to confidently close sales while managing your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups. Generate additional business through referrals and networking to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. This role requires open evenings and at least one weekend day, reliable transportation, and local travel. Uncapped commission earning potential ranges from $70K to $100K+.
