Outside Sales Representative

Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs, create tailored design solutions for custom window treatments, and guide them through the buying process to close sales. Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups while building additional business through referrals and local networking. Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation. This role offers uncapped earning potential with average earnings of $70K–$100K+, four weeks of paid training, and company-provided appointments. Flexible to work at least one weekend day with reliable transportation required.
