Outside Sales Representative

Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs, create tailored design solutions, and guide them through the buying process to close sales. Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups while building additional business through referrals and local networking. Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation. This role offers uncapped commission with average earnings of $70K–$100K+, including company-provided appointments and three weeks of paid training. You will work independently in the field, requiring reliable transportation and flexibility for at least one weekend day.
