Job Summary
Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments. Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget. Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home. Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups. Build additional business through referrals and local networking. Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation. This role offers uncapped commission with average earnings of $70K–$100K+, company-provided appointments, and four weeks of paid training.
