Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative at Ironclad Environmental Solutions drives revenue growth across a defined territory by prospecting, cold-calling, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and delivering sales presentations. Responsibilities include providing customer-focused solutions with proposal responses, coordinating with internal teams, offering technical support for Tank, Box, Filtration Pumps, Pipes, and Hoses at job sites, interpreting blueprints and CADD documentation, maintaining CRM records, and contributing to annual strategic plans and quarterly revenue goals. Requires CRM experience (preferably Salesforce), strong communication, and a willingness to travel up to 10% with robust construction/mechanical aptitude; bachelor’s degree with 2+ years sales experience or 4+ years sales experience also qualifies. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years' sales experience OR a bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years' sales experience
- Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
- Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment which includes working underneath equipment and exposure to dust, noise, and hazardous materials
- Proven track record of growing a territory and existing accounts through referrals
- Communicate clearly: both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
- Strong construction or mechanical aptitude preferred
- Preferred experience in Industrial Tank Box, Filtration and Petrochemical, Construction, Mining or Oil & Gas fluid and solid management
- Valid Driver's License
- Up to 10% overnight travel required
