Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in an assigned territory within Ironclad Environmental Solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, setting appointments, delivering sales presentations, responding to proposals with industry-specific solutions, providing technical support on Tank, Box, Filtration Pumps, Pipes, and Hoses at job sites, coordinating with management to build annual strategic sales plans and quarterly revenue goals, interpreting blueprints and CADD documentation, staying updated on industry trends and competitors, maintaining CRM records, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires 4+ years' sales experience or a bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years' sales experience, CRM experience (preferably Salesforce), ability to work indoors/outdoors, strong communication and computer skills, preferred experience in Industrial Tank Box and Filtration within Petrochemical/Construction/Mining/Oil & Gas, valid driver’s license, and up to 10% overnight travel. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years' sales experience OR a bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years' sales experience
- Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
- Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment which includes working underneath equipment and exposure to dust, noise, and hazardous materials
- Proven track record of growing a territory and existing accounts through referrals
- Communicate clearly: both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
- Strong construction or mechanical aptitude preferred
- Preferred experience in Industrial Tank Box, Filtration and either Petrochemical, Construction, Mining or Oil & Gas fluid and solid management
- Valid Driver's License
- Up to 10% overnight travel required
